CONDITIONS AND RETURNS
At Laboplast24, we care about the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we offer flexible and friendly return and exchange policies. Please read the information below regarding our terms and conditions.
Product Returns
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return terms include:
- The product must be in its original, intact packaging.
- The product must not show any traces of use.
- Proof of purchase must be included with the shipment.
In order to make a return, please download and complete the return form and then send it to the following address: returns@laboplast24.com
Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the purchased product for another one, please contact our Customer Service Department. Replacement is possible when:
- The product is in original condition, without traces of use.
- The packaging is intact.
Once we have confirmed that your product is available for replacement, we will send you instructions on the next steps.

In the event of a justified complaint - the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another (full-value) one, and if this is not possible (e.g. due to out of stock) - we will refund the equivalent of the product price. Information on how to handle the complaint will be provided to you within 14 days from the moment the shipment reaches our store. All information about the processing of complaints is forwarded to the Customer on an ongoing basis.
